Attendance
Check-ins you can trust, without the paperwork. People check in and out from their phone or browser, inside their branch's geofence. Lateness, half days, overtime and missed check-outs are worked out automatically using your company's own rules.

Everything in Attendance.
Geofenced check-in
Check-in and check-out only work within your branch's radius, and the app says how far away someone is.
Work from home that counts
On an approved work-from-home day, people check in from wherever they're working.
Late and half-day rules
Grace minutes per shift, every N lates cost D days' pay, and a half day when someone works under half the shift. All are company settings.
Several sessions a day
Stepped out for lunch or a client visit? Check in again; worked hours add up across sessions.
Missed check-out handling
A forgotten check-out is tagged, and your company decides whether it counts as present, half day or absent.
Overtime with approval
Overtime is calculated per shift and paid only after a manager approves it, if you turn approval on.
Corrections
Employees request a correction with the real times; their manager approves it, and the record keeps a trail.
Team attendance
Managers and HR see their team's history, mark absentees and import attendance in bulk.

About Attendance.
What if we only use a biometric machine?
Switch off app check-in in Company settings. Attendance then comes from your device, and only people on approved work from home can check in from the app.
Can someone check in from home?
Only on a day of approved work from home. Otherwise the check-in is refused outside the office radius.
